I reached out to customer service and never heard back from anyone. I kept waiting for a response, but nothing ever came through. i really wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve avoided the hassle.

The products were actually good, but the shipping ended up costing way more than I expected. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that the total would be reasonable without double-checking everything first.

I used to check Campmor often when I was looking for deals, but lately the prices just seem higher than what the gear feels worth. I kept feeling pressured to buy during the sales before things disappeared, but then I’d find similar stuff cheaper somewhere else anyway. It’s just hard to see the value now, so I probably won’t be ordering again.

I tried buying a jacket on campmor.com, but the whole site was just frustrating to use. The filters kept clearing themselves, pages were loading slowly, and some of the product photos either took forever or didn’t show up right at all.

Checkout was the point where I finally gave up. It made me log in again, then my cart changed after I went back, and it felt like they made all the site issues my problem to figure out. I ended up buying the jacket somewhere else

I grabbed a fleece and a few camping things from campmor, and so far I’m happy with them. I only used everything on one weekend trip, so I can’t really say how it’ll all hold up long term, but the quality seemed solid for what I paid. One of the zippers felt a little cheap to me, though it didn’t actually cause any problems. Overall, I’d probably order from them again

I did end up getting my refund, so maybe I’m being a little impatient here, but it took longer than I expected. I had to follow up twice before it finally got sorted, which was a bit frustrating...

and they usually have what I’m looking for. Most of the items were in stock, so it was a easy trip overall

So... campmor has a solid mix of camping gear overall. I found a lot of the basics, but there were a few brands and sizes I was hoping for that just weren’t available. Not a bad experience at all, I just wish the selection felt a little more complete sometimes

I ordered from campmor.com and the whole thing just felt sloppy. The box showed up half-crushed and barely taped, almost like they reused some random box and called it good. One item had scuffs on it, and the other was just rattling around inside with no real padding. On top of that, I’m getting tired of companies changing terms or details after the fact and expecting customers to just deal with it. For what I paid, I expected my order to at least arrive in decent shape. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered a jacket from Campmor and followed the product description and size chart carefully. It was listed as a regular fit, but when it showed up, it was really tight across the shoulders and the sleeves were oddly long.

The jacket also isn’t nearly as warm as the description made it sound. It feels thin, it didn’t match what I thought I was buying based on the listing.
Returning it was a hassle, and what made it more frustrating was feeling like the issue was brushed off, almost like I just didn’t understand sizing. The listing was the problem. If the fit and details had been clearer, I never would have ordered it

I tried to exchange a jacket for a different size it turned into way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I’ve dealt with returns from other outdoor retailers before, and they were usually straightforward, so this really caught me off guard. I had to pay to ship it back, then basically sit around waiting with hardly any updates. By the time I finally heard back, the size I needed was already sold out. Customer service didn’t feel very helpful or friendly either. I probably won’t order from Campmor again unless I’m absolutely sure I won’t need to return anything

My order showed up, but it wasn’t what I had picked out. I was disappointed since I had actually ordered it for my sister, and now I have to figure out what to do with the wrong stuff they sent.

I’ve been waiting about two weeks now and my package still hasn’t shown up. that’s frustrating. I get that delays happen, but this feels way too long.
